School Priorities
As a senior leadership team, we have been working on outlining our core priorities for this academic year 2026/2027 and sharing these with staff, parents and children so that there is a relentless, joined up focus.
Our core priorities are:
Lasting Leadership:
To drive educational excellence through high-quality leadership development and instructional coaching, using robust quality assurance evidence to identify priority areas for improvement and ensuring leaders at all levels are held collectively accountable for securing sustained improvements in teaching and outcomes.
Learner Voice:
To transform the pupil experience by developing the knowledge, vocabulary and thinking skills that enable children to think critically, communicate effectively and engage confidently in their learning, with a strong emphasis on oracy, cultural capital and pupil leadership.
Educational Excellence:
To secure rapid pupil progress, with a relentless focus on disadvantaged pupils, by embedding strong foundations and evidence-informed adaptive teaching, ensuring consistency in high-quality classroom practice across the school.
Community Growth:
To cultivate a thriving, inclusive school community by establishing the school as a central "Community Hub," fostering active partnerships with all stakeholders.
If you do have any feedback, this can be emailed into the office or please feel free to speak to any member of the senior leadership team.
